Product Description

The additional ports can be used to separate network traffic on physical network segments and, by using the bonding feature of LTOS V6, can be used to create link aggregation groups for redundant network connectivity.

The IMS-LNE-G4T offers 4x 10/100/1000base-T network ports, an M3000 equipped with up to seven of these cards would therefore be able to provide a maximum of 29 network ports.

SFP Option
The IMS LNE-GbE network module is also available as fiber-optical variant (LNE-SFP). With this card, network connections over longer distances can be realized. With a single-mode fiber connection (e.g., 1310 nm), connections of up to 10 kilometers are possible.
