Sustainable Corporate Governance
Sustainable governance is more important than ever any business with an eye to the future, which is why we ensure that we minimize our resource and energy consumption in the production of our devices.
We avoid producing waste and needlessly allowing equipment to run unproductively, employ recyclable packaging, and collect and recycle and electronic waste. Our company buildings are heat-insulated and are equipped with solar generation facilities. For us, sustainability also means taking responsibility for the society we inhabit, which is why we also support our employees' professional development as well as their health with benefits such as company sports activities, ergonomics consulting, and an amiable work environment.
For going above and beyond in the fields of environmental protection, employment standards, and corporate governance, Creditreform Hameln Bolte KG awarded Meinberg the EcoZert Badge.

Declaration on Ethical Principles
Our ethical principles are defined and binding for all Meinberg employees and govern how we do business from day to day. We respect the dignity and civil rights of each individual, and treat all persons with whom we deal with for business or purposes equally.

Human Rights Policy
We respect the cultural, ethical, and sociopolitical diversity of the nations and of the societies in which we or our authorized representatives operate as producers or distributors.
We maintain and encourage an awareness of the need to ensure that we do business in a way that is fair to the environment and the wider economy and that does not harm or jeopardize the lives, future prospects, and living environments of future generations.

Environmental Policy
We take care to protect and preserve our environment in all of our production activities, and all planning and decision-making processes embody this mindset. As such, we consider it a paramount objective to minimize our use of limited resources while maintaining or improving the quality of our products.
All Meinberg employees are called to assist in the fulfillment of this objective. An environmentally conscious approach to business begins with the conception and design of a device, but is not exclusively the remit of our design engineers—every employee does their part to achieve this goal, to optimize our production processes while reducing our energy and resource consumption.
