Requesting an RMA Number
Note: An RMA number is essential for returning hardware to Meinberg. One of the purposes of the RMA number is to provide our customers with a means to track their return shipments.Authorization of Return Delivery
Once the RMA request has been received, Meinberg will provide you with a confirmation along with your RMA reference number.
This document will contain:
- Your RMA number (this is your reference number)
- The product data
- A description of the problem (possibly a summary)
- Instructions on what to do with the defective unit.
What should be returned?
Please include the device and any accessories such as the antenna or cables in the return shipment (if possible).
This may be important for diagnostic purposes.
Where can I find the serial number?
The serial number will generally be located on a silver barcode sticker on the rear of the device.
Some devices may also have the serial number located on the front panel display, or in their user interface.
The serial number is 12 digits long and starts and ends with a zero.

When shipping from outside of the European Union, we kindly ask that you ship via FedEx or UPS.

Please always ensure that your deliveries are shipped in accordance with the DDP Incoterms 2020 .
