Software: Updated NTP Installer for Windows (4.2.8p3)
Bad Pyrmont, July 14, 2015 - Meinberg, one of the world's leading manufacturers of time and frequency synchronization equipment, has made a new version of the free NTP installer for Windows available on their NTP Download page:

The new setup program provides the current stable version NTP 4.2.8p3 which can be used on Windows XP and newer to synchronize the Windows system time very accurately. The package also includes the current version 1.0.1p of the openSSL library which has been released a few days ago.
Meinberg builds the NTP software package from the free source code maintained by the NTP Public Services Project:
