Product Announcement: New NTP Time Server with MRS Technology - LANTIME M600/MRS

Today Meinberg announced general availability of their new high performance NTP time server appliance LANTIME M600/MRS. The new model can be synchronized by GPS but also accepts a range of other reference sync signals like 1PPS, 10MHz frequency, IRIG time codes (both AM and DCLS).

Besides the large number of reference source inputs the M600/MRS offers the impressive collection of signal outputs that is typical for the M600 series: PPS, PPM, 10MHz, IRIG AM/DCLS, two RS232 interfaces for serial time strings and a frequency synthesizer can be used to provide synchronization to devices that are not NTP-capable.

But the main task of this appliance is synchronizing network clients via NTP or SNTP. For this the system offers four independently configurable network interfaces.

Of course all other LANTIME platform features are part of the package:
