Product Announcement: IRIG Time Code Reader for PCI Express

After successfully introducing the first DCF77 radio clock for the PCI Express bus (PEX511) , Meinberg now announces the new TCR511PEX slot card. This IRIG Time Code reader receives and decodes a number of different IRIG time code formats and can synchronize the host's system time either with the Meinberg driver and utilities package or (on Linux systems) via NTP.

All Meinberg slot cards are supported by the same driver. The Meinberg Single Driver Concept simplifies driver installation and application development by supporting all cards (from ISA to PCI Express, no matter if it is a DCF77, GPS or IRIG model).

If you use the powerful Meinberg API in your own applications, you can simply insert the new TCR511PEX and it will work with your software instantaneously - no need to to change your sourcecode (and in most cases you even do not have to recompile).
