Meinberg Participates in the EANTC Interop Test Event
Bad Pyrmont, February 1, 2016 - Meinberg manufacturer of the world's most powerful time and frequency synchronization equipment, announces the participation of its telecom relevant synchronization equipment in this year's EANTC Interop Test Event.
The EANTC is an international leading and objective test center. It provides vendor-neutral network test facilities for manufacturers, service providers and enterprise customers. The "Service Provider Day", which is organized within the EANTC test event, will take place on February 4, 2016. Please visit the official EANTC website for more information.
To guarantee interoperability of Meinberg's telecom optimized synchronization systems it is important for Meinberg to participate in the EANTC Multi-Vendor interop event. Meinberg's Intelligent Modular Synchronization (IMS) Systems, like the LANTIME M1000, LANTIME M1000-S and LANTIME M4000, will be tested during the interop test event. These Meinberg systems provide features and properties for telecom applications, such as the Phase/Time Telecom Profile ITU-T G.8275.1, Assisted Partial Timing Support (APTS) for Edge Grandmaster functionality and Synchronous Ethernet support.
The tested Meinberg systems will participate in the Multi-Vendor interoperability showcase of the EANTC at the MPLS+SDN+NFV World Congress from March 8 to March 11, 2016 in Paris, France. As an Official Sponsor of this Event, Meinberg will also be exhibiting the tested products and related systems on their booth #307.
