Driver Update for Windows: New Meinberg Driver DKWIN 3.03 available - Free Download

Today Meinberg Radio Clocks announced the release of version 3.03 of their DKWIN driver kit for the Microsoft Windows operating system platform. The new driverkit can be downloaded from the Driver Download page free of charge and includes drivers for all Meinberg ISA, PCI, PCI-X, PCI Express and USB products on Windows NT, 2000, XP, 2003, Vista and Windows 2008 server. Both the 32bit and (if available) the 64bit versions are supported.

The driver kit also provides all DLLs required for using the Meinberg bus level products from within own applications. It additionally includes the Meinberg Time Service which runs as a Windows service and synchronizes the system time with the time of the reference clock. The Meinberg Monitor application, used for configuration and status monitoring, is also included.

The Meinberg Single Driver Concept simplifies the driver management and installation for users of Meinberg bus level products. One driver supports all Meinberg products, from the latest and greatest PCI Express cards like the GPS170PEX or the USB reference clocks like the TCR51USB down to the older ISA or PCI bus slot cards like the 20 years old PC31 (DCF77 radio clock for the ISA bus) or the GPS167PCI from 1999.
