The International IEEE Symposium on Precision Clock Synchronization for Measurement, Control and Communication (ISPCS) - unless prevented by a pandemic - is an annual event for practitioners, researchers and providers of precision clock synchronization technology. It consists of a plugfest and a symposium.

The plugfest is a multi-vendor interoperability event where participating organizations can test their IEEE 1588 protocol implementations, products and prototypes, as well as simulation and monitoring tools on multiple testnets.

The symposium offers an interesting mix of scientific contributions and practical application and project insights. The presentations provide a great opportunity to learn about new ways of using precision time technology and about current scientific activities.
