2017 International IEEE Symposium on Precision Clock Synchronization for Measurement, Control and Communication

Agenda:

  • Aug. 27-29, 2017 - Plugfest
  • Aug. 30- Sep. 1, 2017 - Symposium

The International IEEE Symposium on Precision Clock Synchronization for Measurement, Control and Communication (ISPCS) is an annual event for users, researchers and vendors of precision clock synchronization technology. It consists of a Plugfest and a symposium. The Plugfest is a multi-vendor interoperability event in which participating organizations can test their PTP protocol implementations, products and prototypes as well as simulation and monitoring tools in several test networks. This offers a unique opportunity for implementers of IEEE 1588 to improve their protocol stack and ensure that it is interoperable with the market leaders.

The conference offers an interesting mix of scientific papers and real world application and project insights. The presentations of the submitted and accepted papers offers a great possibility to learn about new ways to use precision time technology and results of current scientific activities.
