New Meinberg Team Members focusing on Meinberg's Training Program and Individual Customer Advice

Two experts in the field of time and frequency synchronization joined Meinberg this year. Dr. Andreja Jarc and Dr. Douglas Arnold both joined Meinberg in 2013 and will be greatly improving the company's efforts to offer individual customer trainings as well as provide in-depth technical consultancy services to both end customers and international distributors of Meinberg.

Dr. Jarc is responsible for building and expanding Meinberg's global Seminar and Workshop offerings both for end users and international distributors of the company. In this role she already held several international synchronization technology seminars and lead hands-on workshops with great success.

Dr. Arnold joined Meinberg USA as a Principal Technologist and will be responsible for Meinberg's training and workshop engagement in cooperation with Dr. Jarc, carrying out seminars in the United States as well as internationally. In addition to this, Dr. Arnold is representing Meinberg in various standardization bodies, is a main author of Meinberg's new Time Synchronization Web Blog and will be providing individual consultancy services to Meinberg customers in both pre- and after-sales stages of projects.

About Dr. Andreja Jarc:
Prior to joining Meinberg Dr. Jarc worked as a Research Fellow at the Technical University of Munich in Germany and the Technical University of Graz in Austria. She holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering from The University of Ljubljana, in Slovenia and attended a Business and Management program at Cornell University, NY.

About Dr. Douglas Arnold:
Dr. Arnold has 15 year of experience in precise time and frequency equipment and network time transfer technology. He currently serves as co-chair of the IEEE 1588 committee, co-chair of the IEEE 1588 Architecture Subcommittee, and co-chair of the ISPCS IEEE 1588 Plugfest. Dr. Arnold holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois.
